RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds. Although We are happy to replace the product of any of the purchases provided that are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address provided below within 30 BUSINESS DAYS days from date. this applies only to items that are received as damaged goods, defect, or the wrong size/item. Be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Please provide your order number and the name on your order in your initial.

Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)

No Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any orders. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Discounted or Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
If you wish to return an eligible item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@emmabastidas.com to receive instructions on how to proceed.
Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
Store Credit
- If your return is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase (excluding shipping costs).
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchases.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that orders may experience delays during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.90
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.90
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $12.90
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur, depending on the carrier and location.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

Shipping Locations
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or other issues beyond our control.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
- Emma Bastidas Inc New York is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
